This script is working great for me and the only issue I've come across is, as stated in my thread title, I don't know what file format it's saving 720p videos in. Windows just shows it as "file" and there's no extension. I set it to have VLC play but I'm concerned that it's going to tie that to every unknown file type I come across.

Okay, apparently it's only some files that download in this "non-format." Most are mp4's still. I don't know why I'm getting these random anomalies though

Probably some don't have 720p that's why it doesn't add an .mp4 to the download name.

No. It's an hd vid.

Can you link me to a few of them that don't show an extension on download?

The true high def 720p download is the one that's acting funky

I clicked it and it offered to download video.mp4. Seems fine to me.
