File format of 720p?

This script is working great for me and the only issue I've come across is, as stated in my thread title, I don't know what file format it's saving 720p videos in. Windows just shows it as "file" and there's no extension. I set it to have VLC play but I'm concerned that it's going to tie that to every unknown file type I come across. |

Okay, apparently it's only some files that download in this "non-format." Most are mp4's still. I don't know why I'm getting these random anomalies though |

Probably some don't have 720p that's why it doesn't add an .mp4 to the download name. |

No. It's an hd vid. |

Can you link me to a few of them that don't show an extension on download? |

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jL7iGw5nm1k The true high def 720p download is the one that's acting funky |
