License - new version?

Hello guys, I'm working on a new revamped version of this script with more searchable service, settings etc. I plan to also port is as an extension for Chrome. However, I have used some of the code originally written by Kyle. I'm not sure how his code is licensed and there is no mention of a license in the code. Tried writing him, but no reply so far. What do you think I should do? Naturally I don't want to infringe on anyone's copyright. Vojtech |

the script author has the option to associate a license when submitting, the fact that he hasn't and also doesn't include any license within the source means that there is no license connected to this script and you can do what you want with any parts. |

I have made the script available through github. You are welcome to try it out or contribute to it. |

I should probably add that this version probably does not work in chrome, it's been tested under firefox. |

I just tried the version out from github. Doesn't work with the latest Greasemonkey + Firefox 3.7a3pre. |
