For me, the job help isn't so important. Would is be possible to make a different version that just did boosts and Achievements? Maybe the weird stuff like dirty money, bonus loot, etc...?

I'm not sure if the same problems exist with the boosts as with the job help. You would definitely know more about that.

Yeah, the same problem with cookies/redirects/IFRAMEs affect everything, jobs, boosts, secret loot stashes, etc.

So sorry, but can't help you until we figure out a way into the Zynga maze.
