I notice that http://digg.com/* and http://post.ly/* do not decode. I don't know if decoding proprietary URLs is part of your goal, but I figure it couldn't hurt to request.

I have researched post.ly and it will be decoded next version.
But I don't understand digg case, so please give me samples of digg?

I'm pretty sure they mean like how http://digg.com/d31INfH is redirected to http://digg.com/political_opinion/30_Unintentio... and such. The page http://twitter.com/digg_2000 has many examples.
