there are those annoying popups that ask if you want to publish something (like when you transform an ugly duckling). i noticed that you can right click them and get the normal browser context menu, not the flash one. so it seems they are not in the flash but some html stuff. so maybe you could make them disappear? well, of course only the bad ones, not the ones for eggs or ribbons or masteries. in fact, removing only the duckling ones would already be a great help.

maybe you could look into it and see how much effort that would be. in any case i would make it work on a deny (instead of allow) basis in case new stuff comes up.

See more Farmville in the browser window. (Firefox & IE)

I have discovered that if you click on the white space of the "webpage" (outside the FV game) and then press "Ctrl +" several times (Zoom In) that you can practically see your entire farm in the browser window, without going to the FV full screen mode where you can't use any farming programs like GridClicker and Harvester etc. In this mode you can use them all! The higher your display resolution, the more of your farm you will be able to see.

That begs the question to Joe of: Can you make the hole in the webpage bigger so we can see more FV without having to use this zooming in trick I discovered? They problem with the trick is that when you try to publish in this mode the post is so behemoth in size that a blind person could read it. It's like FV is really always full screen but it's the webpage that covers it up.

Wadda ya think?

UPDATE: Zooming also works on "Nothing but Farmville: http://www.farmville.com/flash.php?&type=:16 (provided by Dieterk007)". Like it says, the ONLY thing you'll see is the Farmville game.

CONS: Only works when playing at farmville.com and there is no feed under it. So unless you have the feed in another tab OR you are viewing the FB/FV feed in a Firefox "Sidebar" (split-screen browser window) then you'll miss all the feed action while on the farm.
