SUEditor not showing

Just finished loading SUEditor and had no problems at all, installed and works great. However, when we installed to a friends computer, it is not visible. Her computer is setup almost exactly with mine - Firefox, Greasemonkey, SU all in their latest versions. Went to about:config hoping the advice to Viper would save the day, but the settings were already correct. About to pull hair out by now. This is great but can you please help me find an answer to this problem. It is listed as installed when we check on Manage User Scripts, but when an SU4 post is opened to Edit, it is simply not there. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer on this. I do appreciate it. |

Can you screenshot her javascript console and post it here? Clear the console before loading her page, the try opening post and make a screenshot |
