I'm just saying, it would be great to have youtube CC tracks show up as srt subs on mplayer; I'm pretty sure SRT is the format they're in already. |

This is actually very possible, if you use the vlc plugin that can support subs, (link: http://www.revolunet.com/labo/code/VLCcontrols demo: http://vlc.revolunet.com/git/example.html ) and heres a GM script that downloads subtitles which could be modified to work on the fly: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/50003 I am not up for it though, just thought I would spread the info. |
