setup instructions?

Maybe I missed it ... but I can't find any instructions on this site or in the code. I can tell that everything hinges on _ignoreList, but I can't tell how to set that value. I'm new to Greasemonkey, sorry if this is dense. |

Right click on the greasemonkey icon (bottom right), you can see "Facebook Filter setup" in the "user script commands..." |
