Just curious, how does it load the time? (I think I know from the source, but I'm not 100% positive). Just want to be sure as Gaia has issues with scripts that make calls to other pages (the whole bot detection stuff) and I avoid scripts that make calls like that.

It actually doesn't use any kind of server calls at all, surprisingly. :) The time is actually a gif that is still accessible on Gaia's servers directly here: http://www.gaiaonline.com/img/gst.gif

You can see that gif/time on the logged-out homepage. I just made it so that it comes up on all pages and not just that one.

Does that assure you? :)
