Of course, you need the VLC Plugin for Firefox. I don't use Windows, but a quick search on Google should help you. |

:P the problem is the vlc plugin is already installed...but the script seems not to "see" it and ask for an ipothetic flv plugin. is there a way to force the use of the vlc plugin? thx ^^ |

The problem is not with the script -- it's not the script that doesn't "see" the VLC player, but Firefox. So you need to tell Firefox to use the VLC player for .flv files. I have to admit that I've never really looked into this, because on Ubuntu it has just worked out of the box for me. But maybe this or this will help you. |
