Would it be possible to put a bunch of constants in the code or some other "settings" that we can flip on/off to identify which jobs we want to help on? With 3000+ friends, I hit my daily limit in less than an hour. It would be nice if I could run the script for longer and only collect jobs that give more (10+) experience points.

It seems like the easiest way to do this is to add an oSetting for each job that can be toggled true/false to do the job or filter it out when it appears in the feed.

What do you think?

GREAT script by the way...

If you tell me a way to find out ahead of time how much XP a job will give you, then I'll gladly add that feature because I have the same problem.

But as far as I know, there is no way to find out ahead of time how much a job will give you.

every job gives the same XP always (afaik)! You would need to add a database which contains every job and the XP you can get from helping.

should work :)

PS: a pause button would rock!

Pause button should be easy and would indeed be helpful. Yeah, good luck on the job DB. Zynga changes stuff all the time and we're having to play catch-up so from a workload point of view, that would be way to time-consuming to implement and especially keep up to date.

well... maybe that is something for MW Wiki... then people would keep it up2date.
you would just need to compare them from time 2 time.

or maybe this info already exists anywhere... who knows?

if I can get you this info would you implement that option?

or

other option would be to add just a simple job list and everyone could skip
specific jobs then.

sounds easier and the result is kinda the same

If that info were available, I'm sure it could be implemented if there is a way to uniquely recognize each job from the feed.

But currently, we have some other issues to fix because the script is down again, thanks to Zynga.
