my question is this: the script works by taking multiple facebook accounts on a single computer? ..

Hopefully I understand your questions correctly. The script will work for multiple Facebook accounts on the same computer. You can log into as many Facebook accounts as you wish and it will save the friends for each account (provided sufficient time has passed since it last checked a friends list).
