I have everything installed correctly, but the second search bar isn't showing up. I checked the Grease Monkey settings, it shows up, and is ready, restarted firefox, still no sign. I have the latest version 3.5.3, and am using XP, SP 3. Any ideas on how I can get this working? This would save me tremendous time. Email me at contact@princeporter for further discussion, I likely won't be back to this page. Thanks for the support, the idea is great, I'd love to to use it. |

Hello Porter, The problem was google's search result page isn't quite identical on all urls (google.*/search vs. google.*/webhp). Problem solved. Ty! |

Hey, thanks for updating. I got it working, to an extent. It doesn't show up every single time, however running the search again seems to have made it appear, sometimes. I've restarted the browser and enabled the script, still not a 100% success though. It shows the second text field inconsistently for one reason or another. I also saw the script run over my site when looking for it the one time I did get it working, for the domain to search for, I did http://princeporter.com, with a search for "quality games", it skipped passed page 7 (which I was on) and continued to 14 and wouldn't stop. I closed the tab, and when I went back to Google I had "We're sorry... ... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.
Thanks for looking into this and updating it, any ideas on the current issue? |
