Keeps raising crop farms

Despite Ididn t ask it at all to improve crop farms, it keeps raising them up, pumping the rest of my resources.... What do I do wrong ?

I also have this problem, how do you fix this?
Also, it's in a normal 4/4/4/6 village where I am having this problem.
