It's not really a bug, but: In the sidebar, can you change the following text please: 'Search ... in <yahoo>' For correct English grammar, 'in' should be 'on' or 'with': 'Search ... with <yahoo>' Also it would be nicer to remove the '<' and '>' characters, because it looks odd. Thank you!</yahoo></yahoo> |

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or not, but I cannot get the script to load unless I press the "I'm feeling Lucky" button with the search box blank. If I enter a search term (say "Windows 7") and click the "Search" button the url is typically :- http://www.google.co.uk/webhp?hl=en#hl=en&sourc... &btnG=Google+Search&meta=&aq=0&oq=windows&fp=408428c3d949fea1 not http://www.google.*/search?* which the script is expecting. I've tried playing about the urls the script will work, but I guess I aint up to the job. Any help appreciated. |

@K2SUL
I've tried several times on several computers and the search result page's urls are always www.google.co.uk/search?... I don't know why that happens to you, It's only when I directly click "search" button with nothing the "webhp?hl=en.." will show up in the url(webhp means web homepage?) Just now I look into the Google MonkeyR's include paths, the "webhp" is also there. I think I should add it to include path too I will update the script in minutes, try to uninstall it and reinstall the new release |

I don't know what's wrong, but it's not the included pages that's messing up. On my computer (Macbook), I'm using Firefox, and I go to Google and type in the search, but the normal Google search shows up. But if I click on the Images link then click back on the Web link, the Google++ shows up. Dunno what's wrong with it. But at the end of the original URL, there's a bunch of numbers, and after going to the Images link and coming back, the numbers are gone, like a simplified version of the URL. Any idea? |

Check the "include pages" in the "Manage User scripts", what is in there? Normally it should be

I just tried your script and found some bugs ==> http://yfrog.com/b6googleobamagooglesearchp As you can see in the above screenshot:
I'm using Firefox 3.5.5 on Windows XP SP3 and latest version of Greasemonkey. |

I have both of those links in the "included pages" section of it. |

@Ben Alter
It is strange that the "http://www.google.tld/webhp?*" rule doesn't work when the url is like "http://www.google.com/webhp?...", maybe it's a greasemonkey bug, isn't it? Does somebody know this problem? As you can't still get it work, this is a way you can try to fix it: add a new rule in the include pages like "http://www.google.com/webhp*" It is also strange that when I use your search result url (the "/webhp?.." one), google automaticly redirect to the url of the "/search?.." one, so I don't know how to test it in my computers. |

OK! Setting the preference in "style" tab do work. However, I'm still founding bugs when switching from google.com to google.it. 1 - By default the Google++ Options menu do not appear on Google Italia homepage. As a workaround I've added the following two entries via the "Include" menu: http://www.google.tld/ig?* and http://www.google.tld/ 2 - I performed a query using "puglia" as keyword and I obtained the following query string:

Nope, it's still not working. I just tried searching and the rest of the url started with neither /webhp? or /search?, it just went to starting with /#. Here's the link (I used the search query "test"): http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=hp&q=test&a... |

@RNik & Ben Alter
Oh, according to the url you post, the include page url should be "http://www.google.tld/#*", this should fix the problem and i will add this rule in the next release, and also the "http://www.google.tld/ig?*" one @Ben AlterI will fix the first bug in the next release |

This script doesn't work when I reach Google by the Google toolbar in Firefox. Can you please help? |

Notice: to the people who can't get google++ work, try to install 1.6.0+ |

@RNik
After I released the new version I suddenly realized I had forgot the layout issue you mentioned, so I am sorry but I will fixed it in the next release as soon as possible |

Beautiful looking script, however it fails with "Latest results" aka twitter's integration with google. Example:
Compare that with normal google, see how it takes the twitter data and turns it into individual search results. |

Thank you for the bug, I'll fix it in days |

Hi there, I got exactly the same problem as Ben halter. It doesn't work when I'm on a URL with the # (when you type your request from google.com), like http://www.google.com/#hl=en&source=hp&q=toto&a... it works with other URls, such as when I use the google toolbar. (using version 1.6.2) |
