Is there anyway to alter this script so the following info still remains at the Gmail footer..??

do you mean, you just want to keep the footer?

go into source code, and it's right there. "hideBottomStuff"

Yes, I would like like all the functionality except I would like the "footer" info to remain. This is new too me. Could you please explain how to achieve this?

Wait...I did it! Edited the source code with note pad and now I get the result I described. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction :-)

Is it possible to hide the footer, but keep just the "Last account activity" line?

Thanks for a great script!

great script. works briliantly with the gmail labs keyboard shortcuts addon! i think the option should be there to see all the footer rather than just the one line though.

i use this script with your google calendar one too, though i've edited that one and removed the css so it retains the original look and added the startminimised option that you have in this one so that they match.
