Holy crap. The auto-city won't stop buying. Started in LA, set 1billion untouchable. that worked fine. stopped when I had 1.5B and needed over 900K for casinos, but didn't buy b/c that would have gone into the untouchable amount. then traveled to chicago, and it purchased lower than the 1billion & kept buying. traveled to baltimore to buy & kept going. back in LA, it won't stop purchasing cities & cash is almost gone! ;) |

I even paused, told it to not buy property, saved. and it's still buying. closed tab and opened new one, same thing. |

Do you have any other COA script(s)? Or maybe, somehow, you've installed this one twice? Anybody else experiencing this problem with the auto city? |

Hmm... I'll look into it... In the meantime, you can always install an older version from the 'source code' tab/previous versions. |

Hey guys I've been getting alot of these redirect loops now in FF. I heard you can just add "new" the the url to bypass this, is there a way to make this script use the "new" links also? |

@scripts
Tried uninstalling it, reinstalled and problem continued. It only worked once again when I cleared uninstalled the script, cleared the cache, uninstalled greasemonkey, reintalled greasemonkey then reinstalled the script. |

I'm not sure why that is happening at this point... I'll try and get a new version out by the end of the week with that fixed though... |

any new on a update with the city auto buy ? |

I found out the problem the main problem (I know why it keeps buying when it shouldn't because of money restrictions (dumb mistake on my part).... Don't know, yet, why it does when it's turned off (is anybody still having this problem?)) I had/have the one problem fixed, actually had it fixed internally last week (but untested). But then my home network was compromised, and my main programming computer had a hardware failure at the same time (and, believe it or not, ALSO had problems with a brand new computer I put together, intending to replace my main programming computer... brand new memory module was faulty).... I'm back up and running and trying to catch up with the crap I feel behind on inbetween. I'll get this tested and have a fixed version out tomorrow (X- crossing fingers -X). |

Is anyone finding it is still purchasing even when the auto-purchasing is turned off in preferences? |

I still can't update preferences. When the button is clicked, it does the highlight and the animation of a button being pressed like it should, but the preferences window will not close and the changes are not saved. Also, it says my character name is Anonymous even though I have clicked through profile and every other link. (I don't know if that matters, but thought more info is better for debugging and troubleshooting.)Firefox 3.5.3, Vista 64 Ultimate. |

Tarsis wrote:Are you using the 64 bit version of FireFox? There have been a few reports that both MWAHV2.0 and CASPER have problems with the 64 bit version. I have not done any testing with 64 bit FireFox myself, but I am in the process of finishing setting up a 64 bit system (the new computer mentioned above that had a faulty memory module), so I'll start testing on 64 bit soon. In the meantime, if you are using a 64bit FireFox, you may want to try the 32bit version and see if things work properly. |

I was unaware there even was a 64 bit FF. I'm pretty sure I'm using 32 bit (it has to use the x86 program files subfolder). It strikes me as odd though that your MW helper works perfectly on this exact system/browser. I'll play around with the compatability settings for a bit and see. EDIT: I see that FF will install into the 32 bit directory even if it is the 64 bit program. (roll eyes) Micro$oft No way in hell am I buying another OS in the next 5 years either. I'll try to get 32 bit up and running. |
