exclude replacements on specific elements?

Hi, is there any way I could exclude specific elements by class or ids... so that the text replacement would not be applied in those elements? I'm trying to translate part of the UI of a site to another language..which kind of causes troubles because words that really should be just left as it is are replaced altogether... |
