When the farming machine is NOT running, there is a list at the bottom of your rally point page. Each of your farms is listed there. To the left there are four columns, the third one from the left is the 'Edit this farm' option. Click that. It will bring up a box that allows you to edit the options for that farm, including what the troops are supposed to do. Check to make sure that you are not sending the troops as reinforcements. Instead, choose 'RAID'.

If that doesn't fix the problem then I don't know what's wrong.

NOTE: If you don't see the box after you click the edit button, scroll down a little bit and click it again.

I have the same thing. I checked the settings several times, but it keeps sending reinforcements from time to time. It is not allways. I reinstalled and hoped it went away, but after a while it came back.

I've checked all my farms are edit in RAID. Also i have another problem, in the fisrt column which i can choose to start my farm i pick the first but the machine doesn't start from it. Also send raid to same village 2-3 times.

The temporary list isn't removed when you stop farming unless you check that box. When you start farming again it continues with the old list.

Hmmm...then I'm not sure what is wrong.

Are you using Travian Beyond? Make sure you turn that OFF before you go into start the farming machine. TB has a default troop setting that MIGHT interfere with FM. Often the FM won't work at all with TB running. Occassionally though I have noticed when I have forgotten to turn TB off the FM will work but act strangely, like attacking the same village over and over, etc.

And yes, you have to either have the 'Delete temporary list when stopping' option checked or manually delete it with the buttons at the very bottom of your farm list. I think it is the button second from the right.

I occassinally have to clear it anyway because it seems to get stuck on villages and will continue to raid even though the resources have been depleted. I'm not convinced it's terribly beneficial to create that list. Especially if the village is farther away. Who knows who else has farmed it since you left? Maybe at the beginning of the server...

I use TB, and the default setting is reinforcement. Will test some to see if the changes help. Thnx for the reply.

It seems that sometimes TB got his default setting in between the farming steps. Changing the default to raid or attack prevents loosing troops in farms, but turning TB off is the best i guess.
