When I go to the friends page on facebook nothing appears different- if I click reload users a bunch of unchecked check boxes show up next to everyone's names. I don't know what to do from there? I checked everyone I want to keep because the tooltip says check to omit this person from deletion or something. I tried clicking an [x] on one of the people I want to get rid of and it just got rid of them, not everyone. thanks for any help |

Are you using a version of Firefox OTHER than 3.5? If so, that may be the issue. Since I made my updates on FF 3.5, I was not aware of any backwards compatibility issues with some of the features I utilized. I have a few ideas on how to fix, but no way to actually test. If you ARE on firefox 3.5, then I will needs some more information. Specifically, go to tools->error console. Click the clear button. then reload the Friends page... See if there are any errors(they will have a red X icon beside the text). If so, then I need that entire text.... |

Error: ProfileStream.getInstance() is undefined
Error: DOM.insertAfter: reference element is not a node
it still doesn't work, and there isn't an interface other than checkboxes that show up next to most of my friends usernames still. there's some random stray ones where it doesn't, I don't know why I think all the ones without checkboxes don't have profile pictures but then there are some who don't have profile pictures and did get a checkbox. no idea if that's relevant. |

The new code has button near the top of the page to toggle the appearance of the Panel that contains those buttons.

This doesnt work at all, same thing i get unchecked checkboxes. and wth is the "highlight" button? |

It works...you click on the top lefthand arrow that appears on the screen. When you click highlight it'll put a red box around the friends its going to delete(boxes UNCHECKED)to let you check and make sure. **In otherwords if you DONT want a friend deleted click the empty box beside their name!!** Then click the button that says "Delete all EXCEPT selected" |
