Would it be possible to create a keyboard shortcut or hard-coded option to turn the toolstrip off (at the bottom of the viewport)? Looking at the code, I know a lot of work went into generating this. But, in the "spirit" of a clean, minimalistic Chrome UI, I would like the option to turn this off and solely use the keyboard shortcuts. Thanks.

Shortcut doesnt' work on Linux Builds. Is there another hiding possibility?

Thanks, Lex1. The shortcut DOES work in Windows XP, but not Mac OS X, 10.5.8 or 10.6.1.

"Sorry, it's only implemented in Windows at the moment. The toolstrip
UI is minimal for both Linux and Mac. It doesn't support dragging, or
moles, or theming or a number of other features. The reason for this
is that the UI is still in flux, and while we're deciding on the
direction, it's wasted effort to implement every little change across
all platforms.

As the UI stabilizes, you can expect us to keep them more in sync.

Thanks for your patience.
