I have that problem on my Mac. I had greasekit installed, then I removed it when I saw none of the greasemonkey scripts I used with FF worked. And now, I am not able to reinstall it. btw, I don't know what the deal is with doing this on windows, but you can always install VMWARE or something similar and do your own small version of a Hackintosh. But don't let me work you too hard for this. if it's too much of a hassle, I don't want to waste your time. I'm sure somewhere in the future Apple will have support for scripts, and if not, they are really not thinking straight. |

Yeah I was thinking about doing a vm-img too I'm going to give it a try on my friend's macLaptop and see what I can do I really don't mind giving it my best for you and all the other safari users, after all I just want to help as many people as possible

Safari support would be awesome! There is GreaseKit, of course, but there's also GlimmerBlocker. It's an ad-blocking proxy (which means no SIMBL hacks are needed and it works with every browser) that can add custom Javascript and CSS (and apply custom javascript transformations) to sites. Some userscripts work perfectly with GlimmerBlocker, or will with some minor changes. It would be nice if this one did too. :) Thanks for your work! |

Mariner, I really appreciate you letting me know about GlimmerBlocker! I have had some trouble getting GreaseKit to work and a few other minor inconvieniences, but I am now hopeful that there is another way for me to help support you and our buddy Ronen to get this script working on Safari. I really hope I can and will do my best. Feel free to share you thoughts and ideas in this forum at any time ;) Best regards, Gabe D rats =\ also only for os x. hmmm. any ideas on how to get GM-scripts working on windozeSafari? ...I have a friend with a Mac, but it's a work pc and it's not easy to use [as often.] I'm trying, so plz hang in there for me ;) thank you |

While he's working on the script, try pressing ^⌥⌘8 on a Mac. It'll reverse all the colors on your screen to produce a similar effect. |

Are you sure he's working on the script? :P Cuz i have the feeling like he "died" :s So its too bad such a good script wont be "perfect", cuz there would be still small things to be done :) |

It's been very hard for me to test on Safari mac-platform, so I was hoping I could ask for some assistance. Now bear with me because this might not be pretty, but would someone mind trying the new v3.0.0 update on Safari and then let me know exactly what happens. Shoot me a detailed email, preferably with some screneshots, and send it to my address-which-is-in-the-script-source. That would really help me help you. Thank you! |

Haven’t had much time for testing of late, but I’ll do what I can. THANKS for your efforts! |
