Download by clicking the title doesn't work, nor does downloading using the right side links.

it's working for me, you can try:
disabling other extensions
updating script/greasemonkey/firefox
creating a new firefox profile

Downloading works for me too. Are you using any other greasemonkey script?

Sorry, the problem was using Proxomitron with it,
when I bypass proxomitron, the script works fine. :)
