NoScript already has this functionality, but it does it's job better. Userscripts are only executed after the page is loaded, but NoScript intercepts the request to the site before the server is reached.

HOW DO U USE NOSCRIPT FOR SECURE CONNECTIONS?

Open NoScript options. Click the Advanced tab. Click the HTTPS tab. In the Behavior tab, enter apps.facebook.com or www.facebook.com or whatever you like in the "Force the following..." box. Click OK. That's all there is to it.
