A solution for c=premium

Opening the final download link ( document.getElementById('downloadlink').firstChild.href ) as a src for an iframe will cause to download the link, if for some reason megaupload will redirect the page to c=premium reload this iframe every some seconds till the previous download or whatever cause megaupload to redirect to page eventually the download will start, this will eliminate the popup alert when using the location.reload().
