Change the line:

var pokeRegExp = /poke\.php\?id=(\d*)&pokeback=1/;

to

var pokeRegExp = /poke_dialog\.php.*&can_poke=(\d*).*&pokeback=1/;

After this change, it's working for me.

Thanks guys for updating this! It takes so much individual energy to poke manually every time I go on Facebook - so this is my favorite script.

Note that it only worked for me when I added in the URL:
http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home

Not working for me. Where do I add the URL http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home ?

Do I replace this line:

url:'http://' + subDomain + 'facebook.com/poke.php?id=' + pokee + '&pokeback=1',

with the one above?

Apologies for my ignorance I'm not a script writer so am clueless about what I'm looking at when I open up your script.
