- Fix to scouting page for IE
- Update to replay dot drawing method to attempt to improve speed for some browsers
- Various replay updates and additions

The replay rewrite seems to be buggy.

1st play is not on screen unless you go next and back.

Markers and field lineup are off by a couple yards.

Should be fixed now. Basically, Bort took a lesson from the script and did most of the calculations in the initialization stage instead of during the replay. As a result, the script was doing some of the calculations twice so players are somewhere in the stands on the east side of the field. It works once you change plays because Bort's replay code is already disabled at that point.
