Update needed for 8/24/2009 Yahoo Mail redesign?

Yahoo Mail is finally rolling out their major redesign to all users gradually, starting Aug 24, 2009. See: http://overview.mail.yahoo.com/
Would this script need to be updated? In any case thanks for the great work! |

Spot on. I could have get ridden of most of the ads with the old script, if I haven't written a poor condition to detect the Beta version from the classic to begin with. All is well now. Have a nice day. |

The updated script released 4 hours ago prevents the single-file attachments box from showing up. Anyone else getting this issue? |

I don't get this issue. I've installed the java thingy Yahoo! requested.
You click the "Join file" (in blue, don't know what's the English term used here) and no windows browse file is opened (Select Files/Folders)? Hope to here more info from you. If this persist, I can upload a test version just for you (perhaps without the lines of code that currently are for future use, maybe checking your bplus_services.FileBrowse value). |

I also have a problem attaching files. I click on the Attach button and the window to select the file doesn't open. I hope you can fix this, Motty, because I love your script. |

Confirmed the issue with "Attach" function, at least with the Beta version of Yahoo! Mail.

I've checked both the button, and the blue link in the bar. Can't reproduce.
Thanks for your help. I'm using RNiK version. OK, switched to Yahoo! English, no problem there either. The attach button doesn't work till the java below is loaded, but I doubt if this is what you referring to. |

@Motti Katan - The problem appears clicking on "Attach" button on top, however I didn't try the blue link in the bottom bar. I re-check the problem with a Firefox clean profile and still can reproduce. Error Console doesn't show up anything. It seems that this script blocks the applet java required for the upload-file-function. |

I can confirm the attach problem. I use FF 3.5.2. @Motty Katan maybe we have problems because we didn't install the new tool from yahoo to attach. PS: great script! |

I have the same issue: I'm not able to add attachment until greasemonkey is disabled. I think I didn't have installed the Java plugin. |

@Motty Katan - I checked the error console. A whole bunch of warnings come up, but nothing specific is triggered by clicking on Attach at the top. The issue is reproducible by clicking the Attach button at the top (between Send and Save Draft), WITHOUT having the Yahoo Java plug-in installed (basically, old-style attachment), on Firefox 3.5.3. Motty, if you want to send me a test version, I'd be willing to help you fix this problem. |

Removed old yahoo! mail classic code. Works for me, now I need to reinstall that yahoo thingy... oh well. |

Oh, no. It was working yesterday, but today it's not. The ad window is back on the right side, along with the "down" button to view the lower part of the ad. I don't see any ads, though that might be because I use Adblock Plus. I just got a Firefox extension called Webmail Ad Blocker, and it seems to work, except the "down" button remains visible. Better than nothing. |

Looks like it needs another update... stopped working in the last day or two. haven't changed or added/deleted anything. The ads are gone, but the window is not expanded. |
