Hello

Is it possible to do this once for all users on the system instead user by user?
how can I run the script in terminal ??

I'm not aware of a straightforward way to do that, since each user has his or her own Greasemonkey configuration files (in the gm_scripts directory, which is somewhere in .mozilla). Maybe there is a way, but you'd better ask that question in some general Greasemonkey developer forum.
