Autoupdate

Hey Joe, is the autoupdate working? Cause I've never had a popup/message to tell me to update. Could possibly be a problem on my end though as I haven't really investigated the problem. Cheers. BTW, I just donated. :) This script is seriously my favourite of all time. It's better than my original cause it doesn't stuff up time links and the pause/buffer works %99.99 of the time (it only ever hiccups when I've got a shitload of youtube tabs open - like 30 youtube pages open :P). Thanks again mate. :) |

I sometimes don't update the version for small fixes, but if you've had it since 1.0.4 or after then it should've alerted you to update, as I put the auto-updater in at 1.0.3. I'll lower the version on my end for testing to see if it works, and fix it if it doesn't. EDIT: Seems to work fine. Try updating to the latest, changing the version from 1.1.3 to 1.1.2, go to a youtube video to set the last update check time, and wait a couple days to see if it alerts you to update. Yansky wrote:Well thankyou :) I really like the options box I put in, it's kinda hard for newbies to edit source code so I think people will like that. Any suggestions, on GUI, code, anything? I just updated though, you may of noticed it not working, that's because YouTube took out the language bar that I appended my options link to, which had an error that stopped the rest of the script from working. So I just stuck it under the search bar, seemed like a good place, think so? |
