Its showing Rapidshare links are down. As in red highlights, X's, and crossed out links.
Here's the kicker...the links are GOOD!

All rapidshare links look fine to me. Please post a few examples so I can check into this.

The Rapidshare Links Checker By "w1d1zty" works great. Might want to find out what he did.

Odd things, these RS links. They are links to the RS pages, not the files themselves. They all end in .html, not .rar like the majority of them. It should be a small matter to alter the script to handle them. It is the most strange as this script uses Rapidshare's own link checking service to verify the links. This prevents checkers from being barred when hundreds of links are submitted at once.
..
I'll look into it.

No. Still not working, plus when I try to unhighlight the whole link, it doesnt work also. Is there a way to save it?

Funny how the only way I can get it to work is when I combine it with AIO Links checker...but I still have highlighted links.

Everyone,
All links are GREEN on this page right now, but the links were RED yesterday. I would attribute this to Rapidshare. As I said, the script actually submits the links to rapidshare.com's link checking service. This is the only way to make sure large posts with tons of links don't get us banned for a time by rapidshare.
..
There is a change I can make to the script to actually strip the .html off the links on a page, but according to the current status of the links this is not necessary. All are green. I've posted a screen capture here:
http://tinypic.com/r/jikhad/3

It has been an ongoing argument that a very small number of rapidshare servers do not function reliably. Sometimes up, sometimes down. This problem described by ATLien might have its root in these servers.
..
@ATLien, the other answer is that your (OS + Browser + GM + scripts) are not a typical of most users. I've found that GM scripts can conflict with each other. It might be that a combination you have installed is causing you to have some problems. If you are seeing highlighted links, TCLC script is late in the order of your link checkers. I've never recommended users have more than one link checker installed. Scripts with similar functions stand a greater chance of conflicting.
..
I'm interested in this issue and I appreciate the input from you all.

Thanks!
Seems to be working now...and you know I will give it thorough testing.
Now my only problem is getting the preferences to stay as I set then...like un-checking the highlight full link thingy. The box won't stay unchecked for some reason.

Also, before I started combining scripts I initially used the script one at a time, as usual. This is how I found what worked, and what didn't. Now I'm only using TCLC.

I found that TCLC doesn't work on these Upload.to links...even after I try to set them in the preference tab:

http://uploaded.to/file/7u46jh/x13x.part3.rar
http://uploaded.to/file/adq3zb/x13x.part2.rar
http://uploaded.to/file/nn8kzm/x13x.part1.rar
http://uploaded.to/file/n0a99y/x13x.part6.rar
http://uploaded.to/file/vs0gmu/x13x.part5.rar
http://uploaded.to/file/8sa4hx/x13x.part4.rar

Lastly, is it me or the TCLC preference will not open on "PHP" type forums, and/or web pages?

Thanks!

ATLien,
..
I'll fix the problem with the uploaded.to links. Looks like the match string needs updated. One thing of note -- at least in the US, uploaded.to can take a looooooooooooooong time to respond to link checks.
..
TCLC was designed to work at www.thecavernforum.com which is a PHP board using IP.Board software. No problems as far as I can tell on this or any of the other boards I visit. If you've got an example, I'll look into it and find out what's going on.
..
Thanks,
yah.
