I searched the script, and couldn't figure out how to do it on my own, so I'm wondering if there's a modification I could do to have the zoom open up the large version of an image, instead of the medium? Assuming there's no large version allowed, it could simply revert to medium again. Might be a nice option, even if not everyone wants to use it.

That's a bit more difficult than showing the medium version, because it requires more than URL transformation. I've thought about from time to time, but I'm not sure whether to go for it yet... Might try it at some point just to see how it works. Problem is that sometimes the original is huge (bigger than most normal screens).

I think aar0on was referring the the "large" size on Flickr which is different than the original one. The Large size is 1024x768 (big but not larger-than-a-screen big)

Ah, I see. I'll have a look, and see if that's possible.

Yeah, brandobean had it right. I just tried out the latest version and it works great. The large photos are definitely the way to go! Thanks for the update. :]

I downloaded the latest version but I'm still getting medium zoom images. How do you get it to zoom large? The pictures I tried were either exactly 1024x768 or above medium and below 1024x768.

New beta version here http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/58192 Currently only flickr is supported. Trying some new arrow-key browsing functionality.
