ImageBam not working

I get an image with Hotlinking is not permitted on ImageBam when I click on images in "hover no preload" mode, it most likely will do the same in other modes also. |

It works on my side. Many imagehosts, of course, prevent hotlinking by checking the referrer (the site you come from). The script does currently not contain code to fake the referrer. As written in the description, please use RefControl Addon with the mentioned settings.

I have discovered what it is that causes that problem, it is a conflict with the popular firefox addon called noScript, after temporarily allowing it through noScript the image loaded fine without the hotlinking warning.

I have the same problem. Firefox 3.5.3
Image Inliner presents problems with ImageBam in all modes.
Thank you so much! |

Sorry, but I still can't reproduce this error.
Naturally, when disabling RefControl, I get the hotlink image. I miss RefControl in your list of extensions. Remember to use RefControls "Forge" mode. If the problem persists, can you PM or post a page where this happens? |

Is there a way to prevent redirect mode from getting a prompt to save the image to disk with Imagebam? I currently have RefControl set to forge with Imagebam. |

Do you mean the dialog, when you can specify the path? This has nothing to do with this script, as the script already did its work.

Thanks for the extensions! What I'm trying to get Imagebam to do, with your script, is inline the images in Firefox instead of having to save them to disk and opening them. The reason behind all this is because Imagebam has an HTTP response header that treats the image like an attachment, therefore getting the prompt to save to disk instead of having it inline into Firefox like Imagevenue and a lot of others do. So, if there is any extensions or something I can do to fix this, that would be great. Otherwise, your script is flawless and absolutely love it! |

Ah, now I understand. :) Yes, the (pointless?) Content-Disposition header of ImageBams dl.php makes Firefox wanting to download the image.
Depending what you want to do exactly, you could just hook up the image viewer on the images extensions. |
