I have some feeds which receive huge numbers of updates (e.g. BBC News UK Edition and Yahoo! Top Stories). These feeds typically show as (1000+).

This script only works for the groups of feeds not the individual groups. So my "master" number for the whole of my feed collection is still highly unreliable just less vague than before I installed this :)

Yes, because Google hides the information so the script can't get the actual unread count for individual feed if > 1000.
