First, disable your other extensions / scripts, and see if the problem persists.
Then find the javascript errors:
Firefox:
hit ctrl+shift+j to bring up the error console
hit errors, hit clear
go to your favorite 4chan board
look in console for anything saying greasemonkey or [whatever].user.js
Opera:
With menu bar:
Tools > Advanced > Error Console
w/o menu bar:
Start button > Page Tools > Developer > Error Console
Hit Clear
Reload 4chan
Look for any user.js errors
Finally, write up your report:
State the problem, browser name / version, post a screenshot / screencast (optional).
