Great script, just what my eyes have been aching for.

It would be helpful if clicked links changed color, say something purply.

Change

/* visited linx */		"A:visited   {color:#406b80 !important;}" +
to
/* visited linx */		"A:visited   {color:#800080 !important;}" +
if you like it better. I changed /* link color */ to #ff0000 myself. It all comes down to personal preference.

x0rnn,

Thanks for helping before I could respond. Indeed, those are good ways to customize this script for personal preference.

I do plan to add a customization option in a later revision to change things like link color, text color and background color --- at this point, the script will become much more than just a black-theme [hint hint.]
Please be patient with me though, as I have a lot of google-sites to fix and enhance not to mention all the requests by friendly users. So with time, we'll be able to customize all this through a control, but in the mean time feel free to customize the link colors as shown above after each install.

x0rnn - Thanks for the reply but I appear to have a different problem. The visited links don't change color at all - they stay pale blue after they're clicked. I changed the script, which appeared to be set to change the visited links to teal, to #800080 (a nice purply color, good choice) but it did not make a difference. Running Fox 3.5 on XP if this makes a difference.

Okay ... I found that I had set browser history to off when I updated to Fox 3.5 yesterday. Sorry for the false alarm. Things working just right now! I look forward to the update when you can change the visited link color without having to edit the script.
