Megaupload has a policy to ban free users who access more that a certain amount of their files within a specified time. Trust me, it does not matter how the files are accesses, (TCLC script, RS link checker, browser). You'll get banned for a time period. This is a new "feature" they've enabled. Rapidshare did this a long time ago, but left a way for us to submit large numbers of links to a link check page at their site. The script chunks up all rapidshare links on a page and submits them together, avoiding a ban.

Megaupload has chosen to abandon Free users in this respect. If you think Rapidshare Link Checker is not affected, just go to a page with 20-30 MU links. Hit your F5 (refresh) button after you see the checked links. You'll get banned after only a few times.

It has been discussed here and a few other places how to work around this. Right now, the only way is to use a rotating proxy, or perhaps subscribing to MU. Neither one is wallet friendly and reliable. I've been theorizing that a way might exist but for now....patience.

The script you posted is a server functioning very similar to this script. There are many like it on the internet. It is difficult to say how the script works exactly but I suspect it is very similar to the TCLC script.
