I like this, a lot.

One thing, though (which I hoped this would do when I read the description): I would like to move over a centered layout to the left or right. If you use this script on this site (userscripts.org), it will squish the content, but keep it in the center (as advertised, I'm cool with that). I would like the left and right side independent to be able to move the newly squished content over to the left. Any ideas?

That might be a really good idea!
Actually I tried to update this script so that it works well on fixed-width pages such as userscripts.org.
However finally I knocked out by the hell of stylesheets... I hope an expert to come here to give us a cool solution.
