Why even show current city in the dropdown list? There is no use at all for that? Can you fix that? |

there needs to be a dummy entry for the 'on change' handler to work. it also serves as a reference anchor so that the dropdown for transport is consistent with the dropdown for the city selector. without it, your brain would get confused. |

Maybe you're using a different version of Ikariam, but I'm on the .org server and it does show the current city on the list. Try Ikariam Inter-City Trading if you want a list that drops the current city. |
