It would be great if the "What's on your mind?" text field was by filled by my current profile_status. I hate having to click over to my profile page to see what my most recent entry is.

Ideally what I'd like to see is the current profile_status displayed just as "Search" is in the upper right corner. The text would be in a light grey and disappear when the field is clicked (just like the search field).

Hi voxadam, this is a bit complicated since I don't think your status actually appears anywhere on the home page. I'll see if it can be done.
