I'm getting all my labels hidden and the default 'Inbox', 'Drafts' etc are visible despite being in pilot mode.
Is anyone else having problems?

Yes, I have problems as well. I have disabled LL4G as for now and am awaiting a new version.

I got it too, but I'm without time to look how to fix it. Maybe this weekend...

Sorted for me in latest version.
Much appreciated!

Hurm.... Doesn't work at all for me that I can see. I had installed Folders4Gmail and so already had Friends/Bob Friends/Tom and so on, but with F4G disabled and LL4G all I get is a bunch of hidden labels. Tried shifting to LL4G style parenting (Tom:Friend) but same result.

Please post which browser and version you are using. It runs on Firefox 3.6 (XP machine). Loads slow for some reason, but all the functionality is there.

If by chance you use Chrome 4.*, I suggest that you install the LabelLinks extension, works great.

BTW, if add any pilot mode labels (i.e. '?Inbox), LL4G will automatically hide the associate system label.

Has anyone gotten this to work again, after the latest gmail update? Thanks!

ver. 3.6.9 has some performance tune-ups. Turns out that while jQuery is a great development framework for clean and handy JavaScript code, it can be a real processor hog when searching for anything.

Also, a few other display issues have been solved.

No, it's still broken - since Gmail changed their label code.
See Folders4Gmail, which now works again.
