I've changed this part of your script to be

and also I've added [position: relative; top: -2px;] so the image isn't cropped anymore:

var replace = ' ';

Thanks for the nice updates. I was wondering could you also include smiles in status messages displayed on profile page. I think FB did some updates as well.

Actually I never added my nickname. Further more FB decide to update messages so it does not work there as well.

Not even messages? FB updated their layout a bit including messaging center, it's redesigned now.
My profile wall and my homepage wall display smiles correctly, however If I'm in a mood and write something in my personal status message including smile, it won't be visible on my personal profile tab, only on my wall. So status messages do not work, at leas not personal ones.
I hope that explains my previous post.

um, I installed this script as well as the smiley helper, and I don't know if I have to do something special, but it's not working. :(

Hi, Kub4jz, thank you for the nice script. I was wondering whether you can make Facebook Smiley list is displayed in the chat bar, just like this script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/79598 but that script is no longer working because the script author didn't update it.
