How about if the script showed something like this:

88% Fresh (Average Rating: 7/10) Reviews: 8 = 7 + 1 More

Islander seems promising, but it only has 8 reviews.

Personally - I don't pay attention to RT unless there are at least 10 reviews - if not 15.
