Script header file

I know there is a file that shows only the header of the script, I saw it once, but I can't find it anymore, and I don't remember the link.
Could someone tell me where is this file?

Oh, I found it:

source/[ID].meta.js

Yup. There's also ?format=txt on the end of user.js links to view the raw source instead of installing it, which won't boost install count.

actually any query param on the end of user.js will do that.

Small things like this should be documented clearly in a best practices page or something.
