if you mean https then right click on the monkey face (bottom right) -> Manage User Scripts -> click on BugMeNot from the list on the left side -> Add... (on Included Pages) -> write "https://*" -> OK

you also have to change this line:
domainnameRE = new RegExp("(?:http://)(.*?)/.*?", "i");
to
domainnameRE = new RegExp("(?:https?://)(.*?)/.*?", "i");
