Maybe a bit complicated but this is the secure URL of Wikipedia in Egnlish:
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/...

Regex:
http://(.*)\.(.*)\.org/wiki/(.*)
https://secure.wikimedia.org/$2/$1/wiki/$3

I'm not quite sure what you want. There isn't a non-secure version of secure.wikimedia.org (http://wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Main_Page doesn't work). If you try using non-secure on it, it switches for you, so why does it need to be on this script?

Actually, all secure Wikimedia sites belong to one domain, secure.wikimedia.org. So the secure version of Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page) is at https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/....
