Bugs (Com Server)
If you are on com server you will be experiencing so issues as Travian has changes the source code for the server. I don't know if this will be limited to com severs or eventually all servers so we'll have to wait and see... |
Those on .com servers install and try this script out for testing purposes...
after installing let me know here what the bugs are... |
No link to "researche later" in any buildinge |

I just tried it and it didn't work. I'm playing on s8 .com. What I see is that, when i queue something, it does not show the village on the task bar, which leads me to believe that the command intiates but is unable to find the city where the queue was set. I don't know if that makes any sense. Thanks for what you do though, the script made easy for me to manage the villages. |
I tested it for having one city and it works but I don't have access to a muli-city account so I'm guessing for now... |
ok, i tried the new script. it doesn't work for multiple villages. it does the same as the original script...not listing village names.
it DOES work in one scenario only: you must be in both the village AND the area where the task is to occur. for instance, if i'm upgrading mb in my capital, i have to be in dorf2 of that village. if i'm upgrading crop, i have to be in dorf1 of that village. failure to be in either the correct village or the correct dorf will result in failure to launch the task. i tested this several times in different ways, and that was the ONLY way it would work. |
ok, but like I said, I'm guessing since I don't have access to com server with multiple villages.. |

Hello Nevan, Kudos!!! for the great work you are doing for the community. I am on .com Server 6, I try your com build, but does not work.
Thanks for your great support. |

@marv0997 Thanks but did you read the first post? Yea I know it doesn't work on com servers that's because the source code has been changed. I'm working on a fix.... |
I am playing on the the .com servers. I am wondering if it will be possible for you to add the old "repeat" button? To be clear. If I am sending troops.. I do now have the option to sent later, but Only once. Will you consider putting in the say times 10.. every 33 minutes? |
So far I agree with stanmcman. I have 10 villages on server 6 and 6 villages on server 7. I move around between all my villages quite often. God I wish travian would stop changing there coding. |
I figured out the problem with multiple villages but have no idea how fix it. On the older Travian Task Queue's whenever you queued a task it ALWAYS showed the village name or coordinates. With the current Travian Task Queue that you made it does not show the village name or coordinates. So the current Travian Task Queue tries to build whatever you ask it to in the current village that you are in. I figured this out by trying to build a low level blacksmith in one village, and then I moved to a different village and Travian Task Queue built the blacksmith like I asked, but in the wrong village. I really hope you can figure out how to fix this. @stanmcman

The problem is that travian has change the source code and the xpath isn't being recognize. This is only on com servers so far but I am unable to fix this because, again, I do not have access to a multiple village account on com servers.... |
Please read messages for access :D |
Thanks to Dragun for allowing me access to com server I think I have it worked out... shew. Give it a try and see if it work. If there are anymore issues please let me know. |
It does show the village name and que the job.. But if you are in another village at the time the upgrade is due.. I get a red message.. Unable to upgrade.. Thanks for your unselfish work :D |
i am in the middle of testing as well, but i have to wait 45 minutes for it to activate the tasks. so far same as dragun said: it does show the village name in the scheduled tasks list. i will post my findings in 45 minutes. |
i am happy to reply...no, THRILLED... to reply that it worked for me. i have several villages. i chose 3 villages and scheduled a task in each one. then i had it set to the last village. they were all due to start within a minute of each other. each one started flawlessly, even though that village wasn't the currently viewed village. @dragun, you may want to uninstall all travian task queue scripts, flush the cache, reboot, and reinstall the script. i will continue to test and post back here if i have any other issues. @nevam... you ROCK! |
Well.. I was running FM at the same time.. I dont wanna pick :( |
you shouldn't have to pick between them. i was just suggesting deleting only your current travian task queue script, flushing the cache, closing and reopening firefox, and then reloading the travain task queue script. if all goes well, you shouldn't have to chose also, if you do find a conflict with another script, try switching the order they appear in your script list. from what i understand, they are executed from the top down. i'm not an expert, just offering my shallow 2 cents worth :) |
Your 2c is much appreciated. I misunderstood. Thank you for making it clearer :D I will try now :D |
Oh yeah! It works 100% if I dont run FM also. Only 50% of the time with FM but I know it is not this scripts fault. We are having a LOT of bugs in the other. Thank you Nevam, You are Great! |

Glad it's working, though it was a pain since travian changed so many codes... Now to get back to the training/sending attack issues then onto auto-trade issues, and I didn't forget about gauls auto-traps are coming... |
Thanks for your effort.
