I am brand new to Travian.
This script seems popular but its description doesn't tell you a single thing about
what it actually does.

Can someone just briefly say what this script does?

It helps you manage your game play and resources. It also duplicates a few features that are normally only available with a Travian Gold account. Great tool if you get more than one village or are managing an alliance.
