I hope Jeremy doesn't mind - I basically stole his code wholesale and changed one key part to work with the current Blogger version, as of 8 June 2009. You can find it at http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/51021 - it doesn't work quite as well as it maybe used to... it tends to fail on about 1/2 the comments, is slower (unavoidable), and doesn't report its progress properly after the first time it's run on a page.
