First, thanks for the *fantastic* script. I was doing this with a spreadsheet until I found your script, and I am very grateful.

I have noticed that the red "Best ROI" highlighting always displays the best ROI, even if you lack enough cash to purchase it. As a result, after the first few purchases I must look at every ROI manually to determine what to buy.

It's not a big problem, but I am curious if this is this a bug, a problem with my install, or is operating as designed. FWIW, the BUY buttons function correctly, only unhiding when you have the cash to purchase the item.

could you elaborate on the problem a bit more? Is the best-ROI line-item highlighting not changing as you buy properties? I don't see that happening when I use the script.
